

Streamline Leisure Ltd was founded in 2007, by Grant James and William Hunter. The business partners gained a vast knowledge from working within their bars, nightclubs and hotel sector. From their experience, they sought out to provide Security and Bar services to local and regional events within Wales. Streamline saw rapid growth within the first three years and provided their services to some of Wales largest and most prestigious events. In 2010, Streamline seen the introduction of Catering Concessions Management & Cleaning and Waste Management Services, where its fleet of catering units increase from 1 to 9 within the first three years. Also obtaining cleaning services for some of Wales most prestige events. Streamline has provided it services to some of the UKs largest events including, Boardmasters Music Festival, Brighton & Hove Pride, The Royal Welsh Show, the Great Dorset Steam Fair and many more.


Oversees financial viability and sustainability of events, ensuring commercial success in collaboration with other directors.

Manages client relationships, ensuring events meet expectations while working closely with Project Directors to deliver client requirements.

Oversees event resources and stock management, ensuring all supplies are prepared, ordered, and tracked. Manages assigned events from planning to execution.

Manages accounts, invoicing, and payroll, ensuring smooth financial operations. Implements POs for improved project reporting and oversees HR payroll processes post-event.

Manages concessions documentation, invoicing, and contracts for clients, traders, and staff. Liaises with events on compliance and oversees HR Supervisors and systems up to payroll.

Oversees logistics and resource distribution across events, secures transport solutions, and liaises with site managers on build and break operations. Manages transport for staff, oversees assigned events, and handles ice cream concessions.

Annie is responsible for recruiting staff, registering them on our staffing system and ensuring they complete relevant training, as well as managing our SFBB files for all events.

Jamie is also responsible for recruiting staff and onboarding them on the staffing system – ensuring their hours are accurate for payroll and assisting with procurement and operations requirements during all phases.
