Over the years, we have built a trusted database of high-quality caterers and market stall operators. Our team works with you to create a tailored concession package that suits your event and its audience.

Through our partner company, we can also provide site-wide Wi-Fi and EPOS solutions, enabling all concession units to accept card payments while giving organisers valuable live sales data and reporting.

Training Standards

All staff undergo continuous training to meet industry standards and must comply with all food hygiene and safety regulations.

We can provide an in-house EHO to pre-check each catering unit before the event, and coordinate with local council and event EHOs to ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Our streamlined online portal allows event managers to manage all aspects of concessions with ease. During the application stage, managers can see who has applied and review their submissions. Once selections begin, the portal provides access to trader details, documents, and application status (provisional or confirmed). The platform is versatile, with different access levels for example event managers and local councils, allowing each user to view or manage the information relevant to them. It also supports menu collection, allergen charts and enables us to programme EPOS systems in advance for a seamless on-site experience.
